Refund policy
At GUI SPORTS CUBE, we are committed to guaranteeing you a simple, fast, and transparent refund process.
We do everything we can to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience and ensure that refunds are processed as quickly as possible.
1. Conditions for refunds
A refund may be issued in the following cases:
Free returns within 30 days:
In addition to your statutory rights, GUI SPORTS CUBE allows you to return a product up to 30 days after receipt for a refund.
Defective or non-conforming product:
If the delivered product is damaged or does not match the order, a full refund will be given after inspection by our team.
Only products that are returned in perfect condition, complete and in accordance with our return policy are eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Procedures
Refund method:
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
If payment was made by bank transfer, we will need your bank details to process the refund.
Refund processing time:
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your bank, the refund may appear in your account within 3 to 10 business days after processing.
Reimbursement of return shipping costs:
If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect delivery, GUI SPORTS CUBE will cover the return shipping costs.
For voluntary returns (right of withdrawal or dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Cases in which no refund is issued
In certain cases, we reserve the right to refuse a refund:
Product returned incomplete, damaged, or already used.
Products that are not returnable (custom-made or personalized products, opened items for hygiene or safety reasons).
Returns outside the 30-day period.
Product returned without prior request or approval from our customer service.
Any return that does not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer without a refund.
4. Refund process
1. Request a refund.

The reason for the refund
Photos of the product (if applicable)
2. Returning the product:
After approval, you will receive a prepaid return label (if applicable) and instructions for the return.

3. Inspection and Refund:
Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct an inspection.
If the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
